Matrix OZIK Code Series (4937 views/week)

The beautiful new Ozik Code 6 is the latest in the new Ozik franchise from Matrix. Tour pros complained that most ultra light shafts lack "feel". The Code 6 features a heavier tip section that promotes momentum and more head feel. The mid section is where things get interesting. Code 6 has 50 count boron placed 10-12" from the butt of the shaft for a special "hinge" in the mid section for a very high moment of inertia. Code 6 is 65 grams, 3.2 torque and offers a mid ball flight for those looking to lower their trajectory. Code 6 features a remarkable soft feel red finish and the beautiful Ozik "rainfall" logo on the butt of the shaft. Ozik Code 8. Same high performance design in a heavier weight class. Perfect in a fairway wood or for those golfers that prefer the feel of a heavier shaft.

0.335" tip with uncut length 46".

Rob Woolley Review

I have installed the Matrix Code 7 Stiff shaft in a Callaway Octane Tour 15 degrees at 42.5" after previously using it in a Ping Rapture V2 14 degrees (tour only) wood. I cannot understand why more pros do not try it. Unbelievable length and control - mid spin / mid launch. I am 58 years old and swing at 100mph driver. I average 220-230 yards and tight dispersion with this club/shaft combination. Worth serious consideration
